As Artistic Director of the studio, Andrew's role is to create a
stimulating environment for everyone that participates
in the activities of Absolute Ballroom Dance Center of Pittsburgh. A DanceSport Athlete that is currently dancing in
the Professional American Rhythm and Smooth divisions with his partner Amanda Wolf, Andrew also competes with his students, is an avid social dancer, and loves choreograph for wedding couples who like something "special". His goal is to teach private lessons and group classes for students who are looking to

Amanda Wolf
Resident Instructor
Group and Private lessons - focus on all 4 styles, social to competitive, and wedding dances,
Amanda Wolf comes to you with dedicated dance expertise in a variety
of fields. From a very early age she studied ballet, tap and jazz,
which led her to explore ballroom dance as a teen. She began
professional ballroom dancing at the age of seventeen, and has
received training from some of the nations' top professionals. Amanda
enjoys teaching and competing with her students. Her students have
entered a number of competitions, claiming many first place titles.
She currently competes American 9- dance with Absolute Ballroom Dance
Center of Pittsburgh Instructor Andrew Pueschel. Amanda is currently

Loyal Martinez
Resident Instructor
Group/Private lessons on Salsa and American Style Ballroom/Latin
Loyal Martinez is a premiere salsa instructor and performer in the Pittsburgh dance world. As a native of New York City, Loyal started dancing at a young age and after moving to Pittsburgh in 1997, Loyal started teaching ballroom/latin dancing at a local franchise studio before branching off to become an independent instructor. Traveling from city to city, Loyal has been trained by some of the top salsa/mambo coaches in the world. With a combination of his ballroom background, Loyal's teaching style is precise, technical, creative, and exhilarating. Loyal has competed in professional/amateur competitions with his students in different cities along the east coast. He has also performed on numerous occasions in dance show cases, charity events, socials, and dance festivals. Loyal is also a certified Zumba fitness instructor. Many of his routines encompass hip hop and latin components, providing a crossover opportunity for his students to feel his passion for dance. Paired with his untouchable energy,
he creates a Zumba fitness experience that is not to be missed.Â

Brad and Sarah Wheeler

Group and Private lessons - West Coast Swing
Brad and Sarah are competitive west coast swing dancers who have placed at the national level, and passionate instructors who enjoy spreading their love of dance to ev eryone. As chance would have it, they first met in a dance class and soon after became regular practice partners. It was this start that eventually led to them to become life-long partners as well. They now teach, dance, and practice together daily and work together on the finer philosophies of each. They regularly attend events from New York to California to complete, and receive instruction and training from some of the top west coast swing dancers in the world. Koichiro Suzuki
Resident Instructor
Group and Private lessons - Argentine Tango
Koichiro Suzuki started taking Argentine Tango lessons at University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee where he went for his undergraduate study. Before Mr. Suzuki started to dance, he was always interested in performance. In 1996-1998, Koichiro marched and performed with the world-renowned Madison Scouts Drum and Bugle Corps. After the drum corps, Koichiro decided to pursue the degree in Music Performance. This opened new ways to express his passion of performance as a musician and a dancer. His dancing skills grew up tremendously from his deep understanding of music. He studied dance with Marek Szotkowski, Olivera Grubisha and Mary Young. To book a lesson with him call 412-638-6941. |

Nathan Hart
Resident Instructor
Group/Private lessons on Salsa and American Style Ballroom/Latin
Nathan Hart has been a professional ballroom dancer and instructor for over a decade. He has competed throughout the country in both the Pro/Am and Open Professional Smooth divisions and continues to teach and perform throughout the region. Nathan is a past Vice-President of Danc on the board of the Pennsylvania State Association for Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance (PSAHPERD). He has taught in public and private schools as well as Indiana University of PA and Penn State New Kensington. Nathan has presented dance workshops throughout western PA and Ohio, including for the Pittsburgh Opera Academy. He has also choreographed and coached throughout the tri-state area. Nathan has done work with Microscopic Opera, City Theatre, Pittsburgh Irish & Classical Theater, Quantum Theatre, Terra Nova Theatre Group, Undercroft Opera, and Pittsburgh Filmmakers. Nathan has also been named one of Pittsburgh Magazine's "40 under 40."

Emily Weitkamp
Resident Instructor
Emily has danced competitively and socially for over 14 years. She specializes in the grace and elegance of International Standard and American Smooth (Ballroom Dances), but also studies and teaches Latin and Rhythm.
